  31. Headlight uses Aureate Media's software for including advertisements in the GetRight software.  The end-user license agreement for using their advertising system is below.

  35. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ADSOFTWARE
  36. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY
  37. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or 
  38. a single entity) and Aureate Media Corporation ("Aureate Media") for use of the 
  39. AdSoftware System, which includes computer software and may include associated 
  40. media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE 
  41. PRODUCT, this software"). "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" also includes, and this Agreement 
  42. also governs, any later release or update of the AdSoftware System which Aureate 
  43. Media makes generally available without additional charge of licenses or your 
  44. release or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT made in 
  45. accordance with this Agreement. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise 
  46. using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License 
  47. Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LINCENSE AGREEMENT, ABORT THE 
  48. INSTALLATION AND REMOVE THIS AND RELATED SOFTWARE FROM YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM 
  49. IMMEDIATELY.
  50. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright 
  51. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  52. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is "advertiser supported software," meaning that some or 
  53. all of the costs associated with the development and distribution of this SOFTWARE 
  54. PRODUCT is recuperated through the use of advertisements displayed in the software 
  55. product.  These advertisements are delivered via the Internet and will be downloaded 
  56. from the servers of Aureate Media or their subcontractors, partners, or other 
  57. authorized parties.  By using this software, you agree that you understand that 
  58. this software will connect to the Internet UBIQUITOUSLY to download advertisement 
  59. and/or to provide software updates.  You also accept responsibility for any network 
  60. usage costs or any other costs incurred by using this software.
  61. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to 
  62. any images, documentation, media, online documentation, text, and "web integration" 
  63. incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and 
  64. any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Aureate Media or its authorized 
  65. agents. As a licensee, you own the media on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is 
  66. recorded, but Aureate Media and all Third Party Suppliers retain title and 
  67. ownership to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT recorded on the media and all copyright and other 
  68. intellectual property rights therein. This license is not a sale of the software 
  69. or any copy. Except as may be required under applicable law, you agree not to alter, 
  70. decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in whole or in part, 
  71. whether for error correction or otherwise. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by 
  72. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 
  73. You agree not to alter, remove or obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary 
  74. notices on and in the software. 
  75. LIMITED WARRANTY
  76. NO WARRANTIES.  - Aureate Media EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE 
  77. PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without 
  78. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the 
  79. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. 
  80. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  81. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Aureate Media or its suppliers be liable for 
  82. any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business 
  83. profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) 
  84. arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF AUREATE 
  85. MEDIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
